BSOD - Microsoft Community


updated printer driver. used printer , put computer in sleep mode. upon rebooting, met bsod. turned off computer, cleaned inside , checked connections, , reassembled. turned on computer, saw normal sign on screen w/ date , time accurate, , entered password. computer screen went blank. thought computer in auto repair mode, in on 6 hours, nothing has happened.  should doing now?  can't system restore undo driver update. normal auto repair take long?  steve

blue screen error may caused number of issues causes windows operating system terminate. better assist you, need following information:

  • are able boot in safe mode?
  • are able access windows recovery environment (winre)?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
