so problem have here display "your application had problem , crashed" how can solve this?

there several factors why experiencing issue. further isolate it, may know following information:

  • when did first encounter issue?
  • what application trying access when received error "your application had problem , crashed"?
  • what last activity when issue happened?
  • any changes took place in computer before issue occurred?
