Universal foldable keyboard apostrophe not working (iOS) - Microsoft Community

i using microsoft universal foldable keyboard iphone 6 plus (10.3.2). apostrophe stopped working of sudden, though quotation still works when press shift key. 

i tried "forgetting" keyboard in bluetooth settings, there no change after reconnecting. looked on phone language setting keyboard found none.

anyone know how fix this?

i'm still having same problem, noticed interesting today. when started using keyboard today type in imessage, apostrophe started working again, , thought issue had somehow been resolved. however, after switching few different apps, apostrophe stopped working again.

the apostrophe working in imessage , whatsapp, stopped working when in slack. went imessage , whatsapp, , apostrophe had stopped working in apps.

another factor consider: have disabled native ios keyboard , exclusively use swiftkey.

anyone have solution?
