Unable to "Personalize" my computer - Microsoft Community

i have been unable change background on computer months. yesterday decided update computer windows 10. surprised see message morning still not change background.

the exact message getting is: "you need activate windows before can personalize pc"

i don't think fair have buy microsoft can change background.

anyone know how fix problem?

well, thats policy, need activate windows 10 license, in order personalize it. if can't purchase license, have accept current situation.

you right click picture choose set desktop background.
