i let company called gotoassist gain control of computer after microsoft window popped telling me call number, if not computer blocked. rude , asking felt irrelevant questions hung , un-installed gotoassist application. question can still have access computer?

it's common scam have ended task manager. must consider on computer has been compromised. passwords, pin numbers, financial account information. clean install of windows best option, @ least, following.
