Image Search Crashes W10M Feb 2017 - Microsoft Community

since approximately february 14 or 15, 2017, windows 10 mobile crashes after clicking thumbnail image search results page when using magnifying glass (cortana) search app. specifically, after submitting query search engine provides web results. when selecting "images" search tool reloads thumbnail photos. tapping thumbnail causes search tool begin loading an image page , crash 1 second later.

this issue has been reproduced 100% repeatability on 2 devices since first occurence. restarting devices not resolve issue, nor updating software.

• verizon lumia icon, windows 10 mobile, "your device date" of 16-feb-2017, using wi-fi , cellular data (lte)

• at&t lumia 640 xl lte, windows 10 mobile, "your device date" of 16-feb-2017, using wi-fi (no cellular data service on device)

as workaround using bing search within microsoft edge. please advise if there way recover functionality of cortana image search tool. thank you.

had exact same problem until morning. seems service has been fixed.
