endless copys of the same file when i attempt to download anything - Microsoft Community

copys of same file continue saved in downloads folder, till have use task manager copys stop.  i started using windows 7 pro. im still trying set liking. troubleshooting skills need assistance diagnose issue. if can point me in right direction, great.
