Copy Active Directory Users to a test Active directory under a new - Microsoft Community

task, have our production active directory few thousand users , groups. need copy every user on new test active directory , change domain under, without changing production ad. need copy user info, , group membership, passwords not important. far have @ couple ps options far nothing has seemed effective quantity of users.
