Apps not openening - Microsoft Community

having problems opening pdf files of sudden.  can go open , open them reader.  tried open ccleaner, wont open. have tried uninstall program won't open either.  can't open malware either.  when try open pdf acrord32.exe _ application error.  can do?

we know more concern, please provide following information:

  • when last time able open applications?
  • did make changes computer's configuration prior issue?
  • are getting error messages?

in mean time, let's boot pc in safe mode. safe mode method of starting windows using basic files , drivers. through this, can identify if there applications might causing problem. follow steps on article to boot pc in safe mode.
