Windows event log forwarding dropping large sized events - Microsoft Community

i have problem forwarding large sized events such 5136 (a directory service object changed). altering security permissions generates event contains entire access list on object. event forwarding mechanism won't forward no matter what.. forwards small sized events of 5136 though. has troubles larger events only. can it?
