'Restart to Repair Drive' error message problem - Microsoft Community

i got message yesterday on laptop , instead of drive repairing itself, outright refused boot again. instead got blue screen of death error message 0xc000021a. 

i've never gotten either of these messages before. however, wanted know how fix the  'restart repair drive' error without turning off computer next time may encounter it.

language. english – en-us if you're in united states.
