rebooted system , suddenly, entire windows system isn't loading; seems i'm getting basic, approximation of full system; so, need run system repair in hopes system start loading again or load. based on number of missing files or systems functions or whatever call it, appears available option running through command prompt; but, since never tried (e.g. got idea functions used avg , iobit), don't know if option available, can't find clear instructions, but, there lots of features missing, due missing files; so, need full step step and/or, definitely, how run startup repair via command prompt. didn't load on system, but, windows lots of manual updating and, perhaps 1 of automatic updates took place within last 24 hours; but, actually, i'd been having problem since point in december 2016, best can tell , remember, didn't load windows operating system manual updates; happening called repair tools in avg , advance systemcare iobit seemed correcting problem, began occur in , after february 2017
start system, after manufacturers logo disappears , windows 10 tries boot, press , hold power button down 5 - 10 seconds perform hard shut down
do twice
on third boot attempt, windows boot windows 10 repair environment, there can access startup recovery, safe mode, command prompt . . . etc.
go troubleshoot - advanced options - system restore, see if have recent restore point can revert to
if not have recent restore point, go troubleshoot - advanced options - startup settings, click restart.
upon restart press 4 boot safe mode, if can safe mode, backup data, reboot , see if system boots normally
if fails go troubleshoot - advanced options - reset pc, choose keep files , apps
re-install windows 10 whilst keeping data , applications
do twice
