Restore point error 0x80070091 - Microsoft Community

hi, had error windows 10 pro (x80070091) when trying restore laptop after voulme icon disappeared.     it seems others have had problem also.      tried many fixes , suggestions on forum , general internet, did not work.  complicated , there suggestion microsoft had still not fixed error 1 user said anniversary version , still not solved.  after wated time tried turning off kaspersky total security , tried restore again , bingo no errror. suggestion have error, turn off virus protection , should have no further error message. cheers brian
