have refurbished laptop still shows previous owner's xbox identity though have signed own account.  example:  * not robustceiling55!

to address concern, suggest reset xbox app. this, kindly refer instructions below:

• click windows key + i on keyboard, or go settings.
• under settings, click on system.
• you routed home settings. click apps & features, scroll down , xbox.
• click on xbox, then click advanced options.
• under advanced options click reset, try relaunch application.
