HP Notebook with Windows 10 update failure. - Microsoft Community

bought hp notebook past nov.2016 windows 10 preinstalled.  has been trying install windows 10 version update1607 ever since , fails every time . tells me free disk space download.   why isn't notebook  updating version?

how free space on drive c:/ ?
