Everything disappears - Microsoft Community

i need serious on this.. 

ever since got .dll errors such componentbalance.dll every start , in task manager disk usage 100% - 99% , 2 errors in regsvr32. lags see in picture disappears , leaves solid background. 

tried chkdsk
        sfc /scannow

        programs

need on 1 solution appreciated

this frustrating , need on asap

spec: intel core i3

ram: 8gb

*it lags second , triggers problem.*
