WLM 2012 not obvious there are unread mails in Junk

i think problem started when had change imap ms stopped supporting .live account on wlm.

i used able @ folder list in left pane of wlm , see folders had unread mail in them. would, instance, show (3) if there 3 unread messages.

this useful junk folder prompt remind me check if there "genuine" in there.

now have found there load of unread mail in junk folder have not known folder icon doesn't show anything.

talking wlm 2012 local client on windows 10 computer.

to isolate issue windows live mail, recommend uninstalling application. here steps below:

1. press windows key + r, type appwiz.cpl and enter.

2. select windows essentials 2012, click uninstall/change.

3. click repair windows essentials programs.
