Windows 10 Registration key. - Microsoft Community

i using windows 10 trial version build 10586 90 days, trial period expired.

i purchased home version , downloaded file windows10upgrade9252, registration key provided.

but not install upgrade, system keep telling me computer cannot upgraded windows 10 and asking me contact administrator.

if running windows 10 enterprise 90 day trial, should use media creation tool select edition purchased license during installation. clean install, since downgrading:

download media creation tool now

right click mediacreationtool.exe file click run administrator.

note: how verify if downloaded or installed windows 10 anniversary update

select option upgrade pc now if want upgrade right away, of if want download iso image or create bootable copy on usb thumb drive, choose create installation media pc then click next

during installation, choose windows 10:

windows 10 - contains windows 10 home, windows 10 pro , windows 10 education editions.
