Update KB4022730 / KB4022725 fails with Error code 0x80073712 - Microsoft Community

hi,

since few day information there pending update (kb4022730/kb4022725) needs installed. so; i've tried several times install update, fails on surface pro 3. i've tried already

1. windows update troubleshooter
2. 
> dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
> dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
> dism /image:c:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
3. 
> sfc /scannow
4.
> net stop wuauserv
> cd %systemroot%
> ren softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.old
> net start wuauserv
5. diagnostic start-up
6. windows start-up-repair

what's matter system or microsoft bug? thank guys!

it that, reasons error code changes, after restart!

if manual install has failed, need repair install:

i see no other option do repair install keep including applications , files  with reinstalling windows .

• how repair install using windows 10 iso fix broken windows
• repair install windows 10 in-place upgrade

if find bit tough,use alternate method in first article.
