try deleting print job in safe mode

if not, uninstall/reinstall printer.

go printer manufacturer's website > key in printer model number , operating system.

uninstall/reinstall printer using latest drivers there operating system.

most printer manufacturer's have troubleshooting steps take listed there, too.
