can no longer receive or send emails windows 8.1 mail app. there can restore them location please?

hi,

it possible app on pc incompatible built in apps. corruption possible. fix issue, kindly answer these following questions:

  • have made changes pc prior issue? (installed new apps, changed settings, etc.)
  • what troubleshooting methods you've tried fix issue?
  • is pc date?
