Windows 10 updates - Microsoft Community

i have had issue wjile , have tried suggested solutions not helping , pc getting worse or more updates windows 10 fails had 3 & 1 optional have 

recommended win 10 updates – media technology inc. - usb – 8-29-2016 – 1.16.38.1 on there twice, advance micro devices – amd high audio device, intel - other hardware – intel(r0 watchdog timer driver (intel(r) wtd), realtek semiconductor corp. - audio device other hardware – realtek high definition audio, samsung - display – syncmaster 931bw/906bw/931cw syncmaster magic ck931bw (anolog), microsoft silverlight (kb3193713)

i have may have reset pc able updates then?
