un block pop up windows - Microsoft Community

when try open training material, message says pop-up windows blocked.  have unblocked them in browsers how unblock them in windows 10?

to unblock files in windows 10 -

open windows explorer

navigate location on hard drive files stored

select file want unblock. if more 1 file have repeat these steps each file

right click file , select properties

in dialog box appears, last option checkbox unblock specific file.

if files trying unblock contain scripts (such windows media files rich streams) may able view additional content while viewing files in web browser. may possible view streams in windows media player, require obtain url each file , open each file windows media player.
