installing new (antivirus) software - Microsoft Community

using windows 8. windows defender detected trojan virus in computer after have been unable install new antivirus in computer  because of publisher certificates. have tried remove publisher name untrusted publishers list there no option remove name. tried install software turning off firewall , allowing app installation third party apps still doesn't allow me install. solution problem?
