Constant Changes of Keyboard Layout - Microsoft Community

i'm experiencing problem quite long time. during session on pc, no matter i'm doing (playing game, searching on internet, writing article etc.), keyboard changes layout itself. tried turning off in control panel, still happens (like once minute) , it's annoying. there explanation/solution that?

suggest uninstall keyboard layouts other 1 want.
