windows defender security centre problem updating - Microsoft Community

hi,

my windows defender security centre problem tells me need update on 'device performance , health' section.  however when try update shows has updated 4% appears frozen.  i have tried rebooting it's still stuck. ran trouble shooter said had mended broken links, rebooted , problem still there.  

it's windows 10.

i tried stuff on microsoft support pages seems out of date.  any date solution update problem appreciated!    thanks, candice
