i have run upgrade assistant. downloads file 15063.170317-1834.rs2_release_clientcombinedsl_ret_x64fre_en-us.esd size of 2,995,723kb. file verify runs 100%, file deleted , downloaded again 2,995,723kb. file verify runs again , stops informing me file corrupted , generates error 0x8007000d. file deleted. have run diagnostic , repair tool issue still occurs

download media creation tool, can use perform either upgrade or download iso file can use perform offline upgrade.

download media creation tool now

right click mediacreationtool.exe file click run administrator.

note: how verify if downloaded or installed windows 10 anniversary update

select option upgrade pc now if want upgrade right away, of if want download iso image or create bootable copy on usb thumb drive, choose create installation media pc then click next
