updates stopped corel! - Microsoft Community

last windows updates (yesterday, 07/05/17) caused corel videostudio stop working. please tell me updates have remove!

hi, 

 

 

this issue seems related corrupted windows update files. 

 

still, would know more issue. please clarify following: 

  • which version of windows installed on computer? 

  • is issue limited corel videostudio? 

  • did receive error messages? 

  • can send screenshot of issue? please edit image if personal information may exposed. 

  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
