my pc dual-boot 500 mb system reserved , primary system partitions on drive 0 , secondary (2nd on added) on drive 1. started having boot problems apparently caused disk 0 errors. "scanning , repairing drive" notification during bootup. windows went through extensive repairs during 1 boot attempt , added 500 mb recovery partition in unallocated area of drive 1 after system partition. think called recovery. computer wouldn't boot @ all.
now i've replaced the drive 0 hdd with a 500 gb ssd drive and completed clean install of windows 10 on new 200 (195.31) gb partition on drive 0 intention of system reserved partition being added windows installer before system partition on drive 0. that's not happened, 500 mb recovery partition on drive 1 replaced system reserved partition. so, repeated windows 10 clean install on ssd drive 0 , deleted partitions on drives 0 & 1 before adding new 200 (195.31) gb partition on drive 0 , selecting drive 0 windows 10 install. windows again placed system reserved partition on drive 1.
why windows insisting on installing system reserved partition on drive 1?
what need windows place system reserved partition ahead of system partition on drive 0 leaving drive 1 unallocated?
thanks.

i recommend partition after setup complete. notice have split drive prior carrying out installation.
do instead, boot install media
click install now
accept license agreement
when option displayed select installation type, click (custom advanced)
click drive options
select drive click delete until there single unallocated partion.
select click new
click apply ok
this split in two, system reserved partition , primary partition.
select primary partition click next begin setup.
when setup complete , arrive @ windows 10 desktop, press windows key + x, click disk management
right click drive click shrink , follow instructions create partition scheme.
