Refresh Windows 8 - Microsoft Community

i started having problems running windows 8 using fusion 8 on mac.  i try , refresh
windows 8 install; can't remember account password.  the password 365 doesn't work.  

could please tell how reset ms password?

if you've forgotten windows password, there several ways retrieve or reset it:

• if pc on domain, system administrator must reset password.

if you've tried these suggestions , still can't sign in:

• if have windows 8.1, you'll need reinstall windows.

• if have windows rt 8.1, you'll need contact pc manufacturer.
