Product key damaged when peeling sticker from COA - Microsoft Community

i have coa number (on package windows 7 64 bit sp1 came in) when peeling off sticker said microsoft, destroyed product key. bought windows 7 professional newegg software (windows 7 64 bit sp1 oem license). installed , i'm installing software fine.

what next step?

best option return , request replacement or have purchase new license.
