i've attached link log files. can't figure out causing error. i've uninstalled framework entirely , each time try install fresh keeps popping up.

please provide more information enable problem diagnosed.
please restart computer , allow 20 minutes system run before uploading information. when examining event viewer log files many, not all, problems show in period after computer has been booted.
please provide copy of system information file. type system information in search box above start button , press enter key (alternative select start, programs, accessories, system tools, system information). select file, export , give file name noting located. files in txt file format preferred. do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file. system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populated before exporting copy. please upload file onedrive, share , post link here. if report in language other english, please state language.
please upload , share fresh copy of system log event viewer 1 drive , post link here. helps avoid confusion if remove earlier copies of log files onedrive.
to access system log select start, control panel, administrative tools, event viewer, list in left side of window expand windows logs , select system. place cursor on system, select action menu , save events as (the default evtx file type) , give file name. not provide filtered files. do not place cursor in list of reports before selecting action menu. not clear logs whilst have continuing problem.
