Issues with Non admin accountsHi - Microsoft Community

hi,

am having issues secondary account on pc, when try open program or app family features verification message can't because local accounts, tried add , remove of accounts registered child account, creating new accounts didn't work still same error make them unusable though local accounts, tried adding them cmd , still same. using windows 10 build 15063.14 aka creators update.

to better understand concern secondary user on pc, need answer following questions:

 

• is computer running on windows 10 insider build?
• are user profiles on computer local accounts or using microsoft accounts?
• have registered accounts on multiple devices or these on 1 computer only?
• is issue happening when you’re accessing apps or programs using microsoft account?
• when did issue occur?

 

in meantime, suggest turn off family features of windows 10. can go link , refer steps provided windows 10.
