I bought Windows 10 I need to re-download it but my microsoft order - Microsoft Community

i've purchased windows 10 on november 2016 , have been using happily until today. had format pc because hardware issues , need re-download windows 10. i went account , find order history blank.  looked guest orders, entered order number , email , still says can't find order number. need quick response. use notebook work , can't without it. 

download media creation tool , install.   read instructions.

when asked key click on skip or not have 1 @ bottom of screen.

after installing run following;

to check if computer activated;
right click start, click command prompt(admin)
enter slmgr /xpr  hit enter key
tell when expires.
