update anti virus program , run full scan. download, install, update , run full scan (free) malwarebytes - https://www.malwarebytes.com keep free, no need start trial or pay unless after try decide , wish to.

you can remove add-ons ( ) or reset browser. example, ie:

- https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17447/windows-internet-explorer-11-manage-add-ons

and

- https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17441/windows-internet-explorer-change-reset-settings but note warnings ie gives may lost.
