Considering upgrade to Win 10 Pro on Sony Vaio Laptop - Currently - Microsoft Community

just wanting hear feedback before making jump.  there way check , make sure 10 pro compatible before buying?  don't want lose anything.  use adobe photoshop , have on 600000 pics backing of course.  suggestions or advise appreciated.

windows 10 home , pro use same system requirements, so, if system works windows 10 home, work windows 10 pro.

as upgrade, should backup:

  • how to: create system image in windows 10
  • how restore windows 10 system image existing or larger storage device

    depending on how perform upgrade, store or easy upgrade using existing windows 10 pro key, personal files, apps , settings preserved.

    to upgrade through store, click start > settings > update & security > activation > go store follow on screen wizard make purchase. windows 10 home upgraded within 5 10 mins.
