don't! msdn licenses being resold.
look @ packaging, not genuine. avoid them.
about msdn or technet product keys
they genuine microsoft product keys, retail licenses, intended particular product channel either microsoft software developer network (msdn) or technet professionals pay subscription fee. main purpose evaluation purposes. great thing them, unlike trial microsoft software, msdn or technet keys don't expire. because agreement under subscription provided single license, none of software should distributed outside of it. though $50,000 worth of licenses, 1 person use , no 1 else. unfortunately, regardless of licensing terms, persons still abuse program, either giveaway product keys or resell on auction sites. microsoft licenses in faith customers won't so, guess human nature wins out.
in case, happened is, bought msdn licensed key, carries 10 activations unlike full packaged retail licenses carry 1 activation. person sold sold 10 other persons. somewhere along way, 1 of persons might have installed on second system, activated it, because went past 10 activation threshold, microsoft detected it being abused , blocked key further use.
