attempts activate win 10 result in error 0x80072efd. troubleshooting indicates windows activation server cannot reached - else can reach internet ok.

there error message indicating licence win 10 pro found , indicates win 10 pro needs installed. system shows win 10pro installed.

there suggestion there may have been hardware change - drive updated months ago when notebook new there have been no changes recently.
