Window could not start the window installer service on local computer - Microsoft Community

have problem window installer error 5:acess denied

we want learn more concern. verify following:

• when did start happening?
• what changes made system since then?
• does issue happen in different user account administrative privileges?

if issue persists, try workaround:

• press windows key + r , type netplwiz.
• highlight user profile.
• click properties, select the group membership tab.
• select administrator.
• click apply then ok.
