File History not backing up any files - Microsoft Community

have windows 10 installed on 2 pcs, setups similar each other. on no. 1 pc, have set file history selected folders. however, although have set file history identically on no. 2 pc (and have selected folders backup), file history not files. reports "size of backup - 0 bytes", , if try restore files, reports "there isn't history of files, folders or libraries".

wondered whether problem related services, both file history service , windows search service running on both pcs, , afaik these 2 services required file history run successfully.

welcome suggestions may have missed.
