DVD opens and closes on its own since windows 10 updated - Microsoft Community

i running windows 10 on 64 bit system. after last update, approximately week , half ago, dvd randomly opens , closes on it's own.

how stop?

hi,

to concern regarding computer, let me suggest remove dvd driver restart computer. device automatically search available driver dvd , see if issue persist. can try boot computer bios , see if dvd open , close randomly.

please let know how goes assist further.
