roll back.
i have lumia 950 , recent release of windows 10 stable pig balancing on greased beach ball. if hasn't started already, you'll getting random restarts, green artifact screens, , shoddy windows os.
i've found reverting original os shipped phone has restored full functionality phone. it's stable , wonderful device when first started using windows phone.
so, roll back.
you can use device recovery program, found here.
but word of caution: windows may try , automatically update current windows mobile hell we're in. double check update settings, i've not figured out how permanently disable update, have set restart in 5 days. if restarts early, have re-flash os. it's pain, @ least have working phone.
