i have windows 7 - 64 bit , have service pack 1 installed. not able scan computer , update not work.

seems having difficulty windows update, , option device driver update. error code 0x800f020b indicates “device instance not exist”. error code suggests optional device driver update not apply system. kindly refer link found similar discussion experiencing. check out josé antonio pontón posada ceo's post troubleshooting purposes.
