Windows 10 admin password - Microsoft Community

i did w7 update w10 while on son's dell. got new one, running great, , gave old 1 baby sister. issue old login on admin , can't remember it. can't asks admin password don't have. searched , tried listed on site. how can reset computer without admin password? don't think we'll able recover old one.
