Child activity reporting - Microsoft Community

in windows 10, using family account 2 kids limit access , track activity.  account 1 child works fine.  account second child not track or report activity.  settings both same , tracking toggle on.  contacted technical support , went through 1 hour session, including technical person remotely accessing daughter's computer, provided no solution. service person requested restart computer @ time remote access terminated , ended telephone call, i'm sure did on purpose.  called , time different technical support person said not support feature, found odd because prior support person had remotely accessed computer.  suggested post here, doing so.  trick activity tracking on child account work?  i've tried signing in , out; removing child , adding again, nothing works.

let's update privacy settings on child's device accurate usage data report of websites visited, refer steps below:

1. on child's device, press the windows key launch start menu.
2. go to settings, click privacy, click feedback & diagnostics.
3. under diagnostic , usage data, make sure level set to enhanced or full. if it's set basic, child activity not reported.
