Windows 7 upgrade - prevented by having a Student edition - Microsoft Community

i purchased student edition of windows 7 few years ago when try upgrade or update being prevented doing block comes saying have volume license edition.

i wanted change 64 bit 32. went https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7 copy of iso refused when put in product id - following message. 

error

the product key entered appears software licensed through enterprise agreement. please contact volume licensing service center software recovery options or visit volume licensing home page more information on enterprise agreements.

please advise. i'm stuck next, volume licensing service center didn't seem have further information situation.
