Windows 10 Update Trashed My PC - Microsoft Community

i have dell inspiron laptop running windows 7

it "upgraded", against wishes, windows 10.

the latest update caused run incredibly , trigger numerous errors, has done many other users.

i have downloaded windows 10 iso onto usb repair or rebuild computer - back. how use usb?

i can't load windows in normal way , execute iso within explorer because goes endless "checking errors" loop , never loads.

i can boot iso , "repair computer", "troubleshoot", "system image recovery", told, "windows cannot find system image on computer".

i can boot iso , command prompt, do then? if "diskpart list volume" get, amongst other things, "volume 3 d esd-usb fat32 removable 14gb healthy", which, assume, recovery drive, how execute whatever needs executed?
