Unable to upgrade Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

my winndows 10 stuck on ver: 10240 , can not upgrade. help, please.

hello,

normally, running windows update troubleshooter find , fix issues preventing installing latest updates in pc. run troubleshooter, please click download link.

after running update troubleshooter, restart pc , try install update again. should have questions, feel free post them on thread.
