MTS data card not detected - Microsoft Community

my dongle's data card is not detected in windows 7. it used to but all of a sudden i experienced this error due to which no pop up, nothing is shown and therefore i can't even install the software again as i used to. system was reporting that no drivers were installed. so i installed them and as i told, it was never detected again. i uninstalled the driver therefore.please help.

it possible problem caused driver issues. efficiently assist concern, ask few questions:

• have tried plugging data card on different ports of computer?
• what exact error message getting?

for isolation purposes, advise try plug data card on different computer , check if you're having same issue.
