i'm running 7 home 64bit (8gb ram & 1tb hdd), used run 10 on laptop until crashed on year ago, wouldn't load if there nothing load hanging on boot, thought i'd try upgrade again i've had same result, hang on boot, tried upgrade within 7 , clean install neither worked, i've reloaded 7 onto laptop backup did ready this. wondering if knows why happening or whether has happened else? appreciate assistance people can give run windows 10 on machine again. if helps, machine acer aspire e3-112.

p.s. have several other computers running 10, able take backup 1 of , restore laptop (acer) , restore program , data windows 7 backup? not acer understand problem, telling me factory reset, again ended same result.

well acer support windows 10 on your acer aspire e3-112, in theory there should no issue running windows 10 on system . . .

certainly clean install preferred on upgrade windows 7

when clean installed windows 10 on your acer aspire e3-112 error(s) getting?

i have several other computers running windows 10 happily, have tried pulling hard drive 1 of working systems , putting the acer aspire e3-112 see if runs . . .
